GTG NETWORK

Grassroots to Governance

Nine independent operators. Former CDOs, COOs, CFOs, HR directors, digital leaders, and campaign architects — most of whom built and ran departments together inside the same national nonprofit. We don't just coordinate. We already have reps together. That's something no other consulting network can claim.

Full-stack expertise without the vendor chaos

Most nonprofits end up managing 5-10 different consultants who don't talk to each other. GTG is different. Most of us came up together inside the same organization at the senior level. When you work with the network, you get operators who've already built the muscle memory of working cross-functionally — not strangers meeting for the first time on your dime.

🎯 Operators, Not Advisors

Every GTG member has led departments, managed budgets, and been accountable for results. We don't advise from the sideline. We've held the bag.

🔗 Pre-Built, Not Assembled

Most consulting firms assemble strangers per project and call it a team. GTG members have already worked together at the senior level. Finance already knows how development operates. Operations already knows how HR thinks. That shared history means we deliver without the 90-day ramp-up.

⚡ Deployed on Demand

Tap the exact expertise you need, when you need it. Fractional capacity for major gifts, finance, HR, digital, canvass, or data.

The Research Behind It

This isn't just a pitch. Research published in Management Science, the American Economic Review, and Organization Science consistently shows that teams who have worked together before outperform assembled groups — by as much as 10-14% on outcomes, while using fewer resources. In crisis conditions, the advantage increases. GTG isn't just a network of talented individuals. It's a team with shared operating language, tested under pressure, ready to deploy from day one.
