Ebony Twilley Martin is a nationally recognized executive, consultant, and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience driving transformational change in mission-driven organizations. She made history as the first Black woman to serve as Executive Director of Greenpeace USA.

Leslie Allen has three decades of experience leading fundraising teams, building donor relationships, and executing capital campaigns. She spent 15 years at Greenpeace USA in senior development roles, including as Interim Chief Development Officer from 2023-2024.

Leslie specializes in major gifts strategy, foundation relations, capital campaign planning and execution, donor stewardship programs, planned giving, and executive coaching.

Constantin (Costas) Doumas is a seasoned financial executive with deep expertise in nonprofit finance, compliance, and operational systems. He served as Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Greenpeace US.

As a licensed CPA, Costas specializes in multi-entity structures (501(c)(3), (c)(4), PAC coordination), zero-based budgeting, compliance and audit readiness, and building finance systems that support growth.

For over twenty years Jennifer has powered mission-driven organizations in the UK and US to deliver results for the communities they serve. Her UK work in education and early childhood directly impacted over 10 million families and influenced national policy.

Now based in NYC, Jennifer consults for global, national and grassroots organizations to design solutions to their biggest challenges, deepen impact, and advise leaders.

Stephanie Nicolas is a results-driven project and operations leader with a Master’s in Global Development and Social Justice. Based in Washington, DC, she has led international development programs, fundraising operations, and strategic initiatives.

Stephanie specializes in program design and management, fundraising operations for global initiatives, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.

Shawn is a facilitator, mediator, and planner who uses his strategic communications background to identify and solve problems. He has provided strategic guidance to US Senators, Governors, State Representatives, Mayors, and C-suites.

He has two decades of experience launching and sustaining coalition efforts impacting housing, transportation, energy production, conservation, elections, healthcare and more.
